Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for bespoke furniture within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized furniture items that have been specially crafted according to your specifications are generally non-returnable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at BFS within the specified return period.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and clear photographs highlighting any defects or damages.

4. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable courier service that provides tracking information.

6. Inspection Upon Return:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is deemed eligible for a return, a refund or replacement will be processed based on the customer’s preference.

7. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Replacement or Exchange:

  • If you prefer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, please specify your preference when contacting our customer service team.
  • Replacement items will be subject to the same production and delivery timelines as the original order.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your furniture item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damages, and we will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair based on the extent of the damage.

10. Change of Mind:

  • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.
